Cell Phones and Health updated FAQ - US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently updated its Frequently asked questions about cell phones and your health factsheet to follow best practices, including the use of plain, easy-to-understand, language. The fact sheet is designed to answer common questions on whether cell phones can cause health problems
In response to whether using a cell phone causes cancer, the factsheet states that:
“there is no scientific evidence that provides a definite answer to that question. Some organizations recommend caution in cell phone use. More research is needed before we know if using cell phones causes health effects.”
